Case Management and Workflows

Almost every organisation has some kind of routine for case management in place. Examples of case management could be the reporting of non conformances and errors, or improvement suggestions.

The module Add Case Management helps the organisation to digitally structure their case management. It is an uncomplicated way to ensure a correct management of cases. The system sends a case to the correct responder in accordance with the structured workflows. It is also possible to check the status for every single case.

The case management in Add includes, for instance, the following steps:

• The possibility to define the documents which are to be part of the workflow as well as the content of these documents.
• The possibility to define the number of steps and persons included in the workflow.
• The possibility to define to whom a case should be sent in the different steps of the management of the case.
