Self inspection

The module for self inspection offers a simple tool for any type of re-ocurring, time controlled or automatised control.

Simple and easy to manage

Every single element or object to be controlled is structured in the system. The object lists are printable and ready-to-use while performing the control. It is of course also possible to use a laptop and enter the information directly in the system during the self inspection.

Add Self Inspection is used for fire protection, internal audits within your environmetal work, internal revisions or for other types of internal predefined control.

Easy to create statistics and reports

Every detected error is categorised and stored in the system and the information can be used in creating statistics and reports.

Instructions for self control

Instructions can be created in the system for each unit to be controlled. The instruction can for instance be a step-by-step list containing the tasks to be performed during the control.

Distribution of work

The responsibility for specific self inspection areas can be distributed to the system users and every user can in turn easily reach his or her own self inspection areas by clicking a button on the start page.
