In this way, non conformancies are analysed quicker with regards to increases or decreases in the past quarter. In this way, patterns and trends are more likely to be discovered and easily compared within the organisation.

Instead of investing a large amount of resources in a separate report generator, the organisation can choose to complement the system with Add Report Generator. The Add Report Generator is integrated with MS Excel in a unique way and works with, for instance, departments and processes in the system infrastructure. This offers the organisation a very user friendly interface at a low cost.

Add Report Generator can run many different types of reports based on the organisational needs and requests. A few examples are non conformancy reports, incident reports, the results from internal revisions and e-Learning results. A report can be generated on a chosen date every month or upon request. It is also possible for the customer to create their own reports and build its own report definitions in Add.
