Add Quality Management
The quality in a product, system, service or organisation is dependent on how well it meets expressed or implicit demands. Quality work within an organisation is at large centered around its customers´ needs. In a quality management system it is possible to show how you perform internally in order to meet the expectations and demands from your customers.
Structured quality work may have an ISO 9001:2000 certification as the objective and by using Add Quality Management the road towards that goal becomes easier.
