Support, configuration and operation

Our customers usually have an administration agreement, which gives them access to new versions of Add as well as access to support through e-mail and telephone. We also offer extended support agreements for common system guidance and management support.

Our customers can adapt the system in order to fit new demands themselves. However, if you need help with configuration, experts at Addsystems can help develop your organisation´s customer specific solutions.

We also offer training on different levels, both for beginners and advanced users.

Most of our customers are using Add ASP Operation where Addsystems is responsible for the complete system operation. This is normally the most cost efficient solution. However, if a customer wishes to handle the operation of the system themselves,  Addsystems offers different methods to facilitate support and to distribute system updates.
