About the service
The role of Sales Support/Informant includes conducting web presentations for customers who have contacted us. It also involves preparing quotes and documentation both for new customers and to demonstrate new solutions to existing customers. You will learn how our system works and how to promote the benefits of our flexible platform You should enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You will have a key role in liaising with new and existing customers.
Tasks
- Perform web demos
– Follow up on customer contacts and book web meetings
- Set up demosites
– Produce quotes/contract proposals
– Prospectus processing, mostly by e-mail
– Dema solutions for existing customers
We prefer that you
– Has good communicative and pedagogical skills
– Is service-conscious and responsible
– Has previous experience in sales
– Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
– Has good computer experience
– Enjoys working in a smaller organization
Your profile
We believe that you have some experience in sales already but will attach great importance to your personal qualities. As a person, you should be communicative, educational and easy to collaborate and take your own initiatives. If you are also interested in software and technology, that is a plus, but not a requirement.
