This is how you get started
with Add in practice
Our onboarding process is designed to give you a fast and secure start. Below you can see
the steps that take you from a needs analysis to working independently in Add.
Step 1.
Introduction and preparations
We begin with a kick off meeting where you meet your Project Manager to get a secure and smooth start. Together, we align expectations and review what information is needed.


Step 2.
Training and deepening your knowledge
The training usually takes place in two sessions, but we adapt it to the number of solutions you have chosen. This gives you time to absorb the content at your own pace. In the second session, your Project Manager follows up on questions, makes adjustments, and captures any new needs. You get access to a test site or your own site, depending on what suits you best.
Step 3.
Final review and continued support
We wrap up with a joint review where we confirm what has been configured and ensure everything feels clear and secure before you get started. After that, you have access to free support for the first 30 days.


A long term partnership
through regular check ins
Once you are up and running, we stay close. We schedule annual check ins on site or via Teams to share tips, highlight new features, and help you get even more value from Add.
