About us at Addsystems We are a SaaS company, software as a service, and we offer a simple and web-based platform for management systems and information management that can be fully customized to your needs, even over time.

Currently, Add has users in 15 different countries and is available in 13 languages. The web platform Add is built to fit everyone, regardless of the industry or size of the business. Through the platform, your business becomes accessible on all devices and can help you follow up, streamline, and ensure the quality of your work processes in a simple and structured manner. Add, as a management system, gives you more time to focus on developing your business instead of administering it.

Our headquarters are located on Kungsgatan near Stureplan. Our system and office are exclusively powered by wind energy. Our customers include both large and small businesses throughout the country and in other parts of Europe. Having worked with several major companies across Europe since the turn of the millennium, we have built a deep knowledge base. Therefore, we have gained a good understanding of how customization contributes to usage in different industries, whether it involves a handful or thousands of users.

Our history

2000

Addsystems is started by Fredrik Sundström and Stefan Nyberg

2001

Basic development of the Add platform is financed by the companies MVI and Atle Ventures (later 3i)

2002

Herdin’s paint factory becomes the first customer to be certified according to ISO 9001 with Add as a platform

2004

Monthly energy and environmental reports in Add for the Hilton hotel chain begin globally

2011

Add version 4.0 with completely updated interface

2012

Initiated collaboration with a larger authority which is still ongoing

2014

Broad implementation of Add for Attendo in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and later also in Finland

2017

Add version 6.0 where, among other things, system tables can be built by drag and drop

2019

The number of customers passes 100

2021

Relocation of operations to the Microsoft data center outside Gävle

2023

New solution for automated user management including MS Azure and new integration service based on JSON
