Report misconduct anonymously in Add Whistleblowing

In Add Whistleblowing it´s now easy for employees or external individuals to report any form of misconduct internally, there is now a convenient option in Add.

In a comprehensive solution, it is possible to anonymously report misconduct from Add or through a link, such as from the organization’s website. The form that the user fills out consists of a descriptive text, categorization of the issue, and a free-text field for further description.

The case is automatically sent to designated individuals

The case that is created is automatically forwarded to the person or persons you have designated within your organization. The person making the report can always see who will be able to read and handle the case. The recipients are reminded to handle the incoming case within a certain time frame and to define further action. Forms are available for these steps, and it is possible to determine which fields and categories should be used in a control panel.

Meet external requirements with the solution

To comply with legal requirements, there are settings to delete cases after a certain period of time and to determine the time when the case should have been initiated. We have been providing a whistleblowing solution since 2018 for our clients and update it with new features as the requirements change.
