Create fixed categories for contracts

The solution is primarily used for supplier contracts, and it is easy for administrators to create fixed categories for the different contracts. If desired, it is also possible to include costs per contract and time period, as well as subtotal based on the selected categories.

Each contract can be set up as either an ongoing or a limited-time agreement. By setting up different variations, the system can generate automatic reminders to ensure that you don’t miss the deadline for terminating or renegotiating a contract.

Simple and secure contract management 

For each contract, it is possible to determine the authorization to read and handle the contracts. This way, sensitive contracts can be managed within the same solution as more general contracts.
